Refund and Returns Policy

At Prisn Global H.R, we are committed to delivering high-quality manpower recruitment and HR services with transparency and integrity. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, or adjustments may be processed in relation to our services.

1. Service Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are considered only for services where Prisn Global H.R has failed to deliver as per the agreed terms and conditions.

  • Refunds will not be provided for reasons related to:

    • Candidate withdrawal or refusal to join the employer.

    • Employer’s decision to cancel or postpone recruitment after the process has started.

    • Delays caused by third-party government agencies, visa offices, or medical centers.

    • Any dissatisfaction arising from circumstances beyond Prisn Global H.R’s control.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Requests for service cancellation must be submitted in writing.

  • Cancellation requests made before the commencement of recruitment processing may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative charges.

  • Once recruitment or placement processes have commenced, cancellations are subject to fees to cover incurred costs.

3. Refund Process

  • All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days through the original payment method.

  • Prisn Global H.R reserves the right to deduct any applicable fees or expenses from the refund amount.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • We encourage clients and candidates to contact us immediately regarding any concerns.

  • Prisn Global H.R will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably and fairly before processing refunds.
